Our vision is to create an alternative to industrial cooking, saturated oils, and dubious ingredients. We wanted to create a culinary and sensory experience different from that found normally in Santa Maria and at the same time offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free and refined sugar-free options.
